Flashback to a simpler time, when hair was big, unemployment was small, men were not afraid to wear short shorts, porn stars still had pubic hair, and a fast sailboat was one that reached hull speed regularly. Here is the video from the 1985 Santana 20 nationals. This past summer, 26 years later, Sailing World took a road trip to OK to participate in.... the Santana 20 nationals. I am not sure if most people really appreciate how drable a good fiberglass boat, and well managed one design class can be.
